Approx. 60 × 92 mm finished, holding a standard 85.5 × 54 mm key card. Non-standard sizes made to order.

Thumb notch

A semicircular notch die-cut into the top edge so the card can be pushed out easily, without the card falling out in a pocket.

Stock

Premium 235gsm bleachboard as standard. 300gsm artboard available if you want a heavier feel.

Finish

Full colour one or both sides, with optional gloss cello coating for durability and a premium hand-feel.

Common questions

Do sleeves fit RFID key cards?

Yes. They fit all standard RFID and magstripe cards at 85.5 × 54 mm, which covers Salto, Onity, Saflok, VingCard, dormakaba and other common lock systems.

Will the card fall out?

No. The pocket holds the card snugly and the card sits flush inside. The thumb notch is there so guests can push it out deliberately rather than it sliding loose.

Can I print on the back as well?

Yes. Two-sided printing is a small extra per unit and is where most properties put Wi-Fi details, breakfast times or check-out information.

What is the minimum order?

500 sleeves, with pricing improving at every step up to 10,000.

How quickly can we get them?

About 5 business days to print once your proof is approved, then 2 to 5 days delivery Australia-wide. Tell us if you have a deadline.
